1 tbspghee
1 tspcumin seeds
1 tspRedchili powder
1 tspSalt
1 tspBlack salt
2green chili chopped
1 tspgretted ginger
1 tbspchopped Coriander
1 tspLemon juice

Cooking Instructions

Wash & peel shingara. Cut into two peices.

Heat cooker add ghee & cuminseeds. Crackle it.add shingara peices & all spices.add little water. Mix it.take 2 whistle.open it.

Spread lemon juice.Serve hot spicy shingara chat with imali saunth.
