Ingredients

Serves 8 servings
  • 2ripe bananas (plus 1 more for decoration)
  • 1 3/4 cupsall-purpose flour (220 grams)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoonsbaking powder (half a packet)
  • 1/2 cuppacked light brown sugar (100 grams)
  • 7 tablespoonsunsalted butter, melted and cooled (100 grams)
  • 2eggs
  • 2/3 cupchocolate chips (100 grams)
  • Chocolate spread of your choice
  • Chocolate shavings

Steps

    Melt the butter.

  2. 2

    Beat the eggs with the brown sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.

  3. 3

    Mash the bananas and add them to the mixture.

  4. 4

    Add the melted butter and mix well.

  5. 5

    Add the flour and baking powder, then fold in the chocolate chips.

  6. 6

    Pour the batter into an upside-down tart pan and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 25 minutes.

  7. 7

    Remove from the pan, then decorate the tart with chocolate spread, banana slices, and chocolate shavings.
