Steps

Take the mushrooms, wash well and cut into small pieces.

Take a big bowl,add,maida,corn flour,rice flour,red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste salt and lemon juice. Add water, mix well without lumps.

Then add the chop and soak the mushrooms in the hot water, squeeze out the water completely. Add into the flour mix and mix well to combine nicely. Keep a fry pan on medium heat and add oil. Drop the mushrooms,let it fry,and it's still crispy. Remove and transfer to a wide vessel.

Drop the sliced onions,fry till golden brown. Mix with fried mushrooms. Mushroom 65 is ready to serve.

Transfer to a serving plate. Decorate with onion, tomato and lemon. Enjoy the tasty and crispy mushroom 65.
