First upon wash Jamun. Now remove the seeds and collect the pulp.

Then add de-seeded jamun, sugar, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, black salt, and lemon juice to a mixture jar and blend a fine puree.

Add water & blend again. Adjust the quantity of water to form a pouring consistency. Then strain it with strainer.

Now pour this puree in kulfi moulds. Cover the tops with aluminium foil. With a knife, cut a slit in the foil and insert kulfi stick/wooden skewer.

Then freeze for atleast 8 hours or overnight and enjoy through the hot summer days. Served chilled.
