  • 1 cupbeet pulp or puree
  • 1 tbsprice flour
  • 2 tbsppowdered oats
  • 1 tbspsemolina
  • 1/2 cupbuttermilk
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 tbspchopped coriander
  • For green coriandee chutney
  • 2 tbspchopped coriander
  • 2green chillies
  • 1 tbspsplit chana
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/4th cup water

    Mix oats powder, and beet puree in a blender. Now add add buttermilk and blend well.

    Add rice flour, semolina, coriander and mix well.

    For chutney, blend ingredients well and keep aside

    Heat pan, add oil, and pour the mixture, cook well on both the sides
