Wash, wipe and cut lemon into eight pieces. Remove seeds.

In a glass bottle add lemon pieces and salt. Mix together and keep aside for eight days.

Lemon became tender add pickle masala,chilli powder and juice of two lemons.Add salt if necessary. Mix well. Our tangy, chatpata, tikha lemon pickle is ready. Store in a tight glass jar.
