A quick and refreshing summer dessert that's easy to make.

Dissolve the cornstarch, sugar, and custard powder in the cold milk.

Place the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens and comes to a boil.

Arrange a layer of tea biscuits at the bottom of serving glasses.

Pour half of the muhallabia mixture over the biscuits.

Add the chocolate chips to the remaining half, stir until melted, then pour over the first layer and top with chocolate sprinkles.

Let it cool, then serve.
