Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat.

Add ragi and wheat flour, stirring continuously until aromatic.

Lower the heat. Add almond powder, ginger powder, cardamom powder, and ground nuts. Stir well.

Add jaggery and mix until fully incorporated.

Transfer mixture to a greased tray. Garnish with pistachios and poppy seeds.

Let cool for 10 minutes, then cut into desired shapes.
