First, take a bowl of foxtail millet, add it to a mixer jar and grind it, then keep it in a separate bowl.

Add ghee and milk to a pan and warm it slightly. When it's warm, add the ground foxtail millet and mix everything well. Cover and let it sit for half an hour.

After 1/2 hour, strain the mixture. Add the mixture to a pan and roast on low heat until the color changes. Turn off the gas and stir for a minute. Then, transfer it to a plate and let it cool completely. Once cooled, store it in a glass bottle.
