Garden cress ladoo

Take a big karahi add grated coconut and garden cress seeds.

Mix together and keep aside for three hours.

Heat a karahi and saute for five minutes. Now add grated jaggery.

Mix well and cook till mixture separates edges of karahi. Add nutmeg powder.

Turn off the gas and cool the mixture. Now roll the ladoo by hands. Very nutritious and healthy ladoo is ready to serve.
