  2. 1–2 garlic cloves
  3. 1 tbspolive oil
  4. Salt and pepper — to taste
  5. Grated parmesan, nuts, cherry tomatoes — optional

    Slice the zucchini into thin strips or spirals.

  2. 2

    No spiralizer? Use a vegetable peeler.

  3. 3

    Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds.

  4. 4

    Add zucchini and cook for 2–3 minutes until tender but not mushy.

  5. 5

    Season with salt and pepper.

  6. 6

    Top with parmesan, cherry tomatoes, or nuts.
