Ingredients

5 hour+10 min
5-6 people
  1. 1 big bowl of cream
  2. 1/2 tspcurd
  3. 1/4 cupmishri powder or as needed
  4. 1 tbspalmond powder
  5. 3-4holy basil leaves

  1. 1

    First, take the cream in the milk and put it in a bowl. I took out the five-day cream in a bowl and kept it in the freezer. Now take it out and let it soften a little.Now heat it slightly and add curd and let it sit for four to five hours.

    Now Once the curd has set, take it in a large bowl and blend it with a blender. It will become butter in five minutes. Now add some ice cubes and let it sit for two minutes. Once the butter has set, we can easily remove it.

    Now remove the butter and then wash the butter with cold water once or twice to remove the sourness. Now add mishri powder, almond powder as required and mix well.(we can add saffron olso)

    Now the buttermilk is ready, so to offer it to Lord Krishna, take the buttermilk in a bowl or pot and put some holi basil leaves in it and offer it to Lord Krishna.
