Malaysian Fried Rice

Take a mixer pot. Add soaked red chillies, Garlic cloves, Ginger and fresh coconut and some water and blend smooth. Make smooth paste.

Take a kadai. Add oil. When it's get heated add ready masala paste to it and saute well until it separates the oil.

Now on sauted masala paste add mushrooms, Bell peppers, corn kernels and green peas and mix well. Now cook the vegetables properly. Saute for 5-6 minutes.

Now when vegetables cooked properly add soya sauce and sugar and mix it well.

Now after a minute add cooked rice and mix it with all veggies and sauces. Now afer mixing all well add some spring onion and mix. Garnish with some spring onion. Malaysian Fried Rice is ready to serve. Serve it hot.
