For kofte - add all ingredients together in one bowl and mix well and rest in fridge to one hour,

After make balls and deep fry until golden, and rest aside

For Gravey - In blender add fried onion, Ginger garlic, tomatoes. All the spices and blend into smooth paste

Add oil in in cooking pot. Add blended tomato and onion mixture and cook 5 mins.

At this stage add yougart and Cook until oil is separated

Add fried kofte and cook further 5 mins and add Peas

Add kasuri Methi and slit green chilli

Add water to desired consistency for gravey

Cook 5 mins once starts boiled

Turn off heat and serve hot with tawa roti
