Slit the brinjals and chillies and fry them in mustard oil.

Now in the same oil add spices, water and cook the masala, add poppy seeds paste. Soaked in water or milk and grinded.

Now add brinjals and chillies and cook for around 8mts.

Add sugar, lemon juice and fresh coriander.
- 5
Serve hot garnished with cream.
