Urad Dal and Semolina Cutlets

Urad Dal and Semolina is perfect to make Idlis. It is an ideal choice for tiffin recipes. Initially I wanted to make idlis from the ground batter of uraddal and semolina but due to shortage of time, it wasn't cooked like the way it should be and then it was shallow fried. In a busy morning I just wanted to somehow finish it off to be eaten atleast. ☺️Today, I just came across this recipe and thought to share as I dont like to publish the recipes if they aren't perfectly cooked.
