Ingredients

  1. 1Beetroot (boiled/roasted)
  2. To tasteSalt
  3. 1 tbspLemon juice
  4. 2 tbspPeanuts (roasted)
  5. 1 small pieceGinger
  6. 1Green chili (as per taste)
  7. 2 tbspCoriander leaves paste

Steps

    First, grind the roasted peanuts into a coarse powder.

    Add beetroot, ginger, green chili, coriander paste, salt, lemon juice, and a little water.

    Grind everything into a smooth paste.
