Smoked Chili
Add some Smokey flavor to your chili.
Steps

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Sweat onion and green pepper until onion is translucent.

Add minced garlic, cook 1–2 minutes.

Remove green pepper, onion, and garlic from the pan to a bowl.

Raise the temperature of the frying pan to high and brown the ground meat.

Add kidney beans (with liquid), diced tomatoes (with liquid), hot water, bouillon, chili powder, cumin, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and the onion, pepper, garlic mixture back to the frying pan. Simmer until bubbling.

Transfer everything to a disposable foil pan.

Place the foil pan in a smoker at 250°F (150°C). Smoke 2–4 hours, stirring every hour.

Remove from smoker, garnish with cilantro if desired, and serve immediately.
