Steps

Take chanadal and wash properly. Then soaked for 2 hours. Drain the water.

Take a grinding jar add chanadal. Grind it without water. Take it out in a large bowl.

Add onion, green chilli, curry leaves, chilli flakes, asafoetida and salt. Mix it well. Give a round shape.

Take a kadhai heat oil on high flame. Add vada and fry it. Keep flipping in between till golden brown colour from both sides. Take it out in a plate.

Parippu Vada are ready now. Serve hot with green coconut chutney and tomato sauce....... 😋😋
