Makes about 5 laddus
  1. 10 piecesCashews
  2. 10 piecesAlmonds
  3. 20 piecesPistachios
  4. 6 halvesWalnuts
  5. 5 piecesDates (pitted and chopped)
  6. 3 piecesDried figs (chopped)
  7. 0.5 tspCardamom powder
  8. Silver Varakh for decoration

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Dry roast cashews, almonds, pistachios, and walnuts in a pan on low heat without oil.Let the roasted nuts cool completely.

    Grind the nuts in a mixer until fine....Add chopped dates and figs, then grind again to combine.

    Transfer the mixture to a plate and shape into balls or modak shapes.put a silver Varakh on the laddoo.

Tips

Ensure the nuts are completely cooled before grinding for the best texture.
