Ingredients

15 minutes
  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 1/2 cupboiled moong
  • 1/4 cupboiled rice
  • 3 table spoonsemolina
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsphing
  • 1/2 tspturmeric
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspwhite sesame seeds
  • 2 tspoil for moin

  1. 1

    In a plate mix all the ingredients. Make dough.Rest for 5-10 minutes.

    Take small ball.Roll it.Roast on both side on non-stick tawa. Serve hot.
