Take a bowl, break the eggs and add in it.

Chop the onion and green chillies. Keep it aside

Keep a fry pan on medium heat add oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves and green chillies, saute for a few minutes. Then add chopped brahmi leaves.

Fry nicely, add the eggs, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.

Mix well for five minutes and add chopped coriander leaves Give a nice mix. Egg brahmi leaves subji is ready.

Transfer to a serving bowl. Enjoy the healthy and tasty egg with brahmi leaves subji.
