Gather all the ingredients for making payasam.

👉Dry roast Sewai in a wok on low flame till it turn golden brown. It may take 10 minutes. Transfer it in a plate.

👉Add 2 tb spoon ghee. Roast fox nuts till it gets pinkish and crispie. It will take around 5 minutes. Remove it in a plate. Now again add ghee and roast almonds. Then add cashew nuts and roast for 2 minutes.

👉Add coconut and raisins and roast for 1 minute. Remove it in a plate.

👉Now add milk, sugar, mava, cardamom powder and let it come to boil. Let it simmer on low flame till it turn thick. Add water and let it boil again. Now add fox nuts and cook for 2 minutes.

👉Add Sewai and mix. Add dry fruits leaving some for garnishing.

👉Let it simmer on low flame till it turn thick. Keep stirring continuously. When all milk is absorbed, switch off the flame. Cover it for 10 minutes.
