Garlic Butter Soy Sauce Chicken and Mushroom

Steps

Heat olive oil in a pan, add chicken thigh fillet and cook until the color changes.

Add mushrooms and stir-fry together.

Add garlic and sauté briefly (to avoid burning).

Pour in shoyu, stir well, then add butter and mix until melted.

Sprinkle thyme just before removing from heat.
- 6
Enjoy it with steamed white rice and also soups of your choice.
Tips
You can add more butter after you finish cooking, it smells really nice!
