Add ghee in pan and keep it heating in pan on low flame.And greas ghee on mold in which you are making Mysore pak.

Take pan add sugar and 1/4 cup of water in it heat it on low flame for 5/6 minutes sugar syrup is ready then add in it decicated coconut stir contuniously after 7/8 min it becomes thick.Then add milk powder in it and mix well.

Then add 1.5 tablespoon of heated ghee in it stir continuously and step by step add heated ghee at least 6/7 times till finished. After you finished adding ghee mixture becomes fluffy.

Now mixture becomes fluffy stirring contuniously pour this mixture in grease mould. After 10 minutes cut into pieces.

Vrat Mysore pak is ready to eat.
