It's a South Indian breakfast. It's light and rich in carbohydrates & protein.
Steps

Add water in poha and soak for 10 minutes in a bowl

In another bowl, add water in rava and let rava soak for ten minutes.

Add curd to both rava and poha separately and mix well.

Heat oil in the tadka pan. Add mustard seeds, chana dal, urad dal, asafoetida, chopped green chilies to prepare tempering.

Take a big bowl and transfer both the poha and rava mixtures and add salt, tempering, and grated ginger. Mix properly.

Place idli patra (idli mould) on gas with water on high flame, let the water boil.

In the poha idli batter, add the mixture of oil and Eno frit salt. Mix it lightly.

Grease the idli mold with oil and add spoonful of idli batter in the moulds.

Place the idli mould in a steamer and steam the idlis for 10-12 minutes.

Remove the idli stand and cool for a few minutes. Demould the idlis for serving.

Serve cottoney soft. spongy idlis with coconut chutney.
