A simple yet a flavourful and a refreshing dish for mealtimes. A perfect accompaniment for Lunch or Dinner. It is a yummy variation that would be loved by all.
This Dahi Aloo or Potatoes in Curd gravy is a popular dish that's bursting with flavours. An absolutely delicious and easy peasy dish that can be made with the simplest of the pantry staples. Infact it is the best one pot meal when there are not much Vegetables around or when we just don't feel like cooking an elaborate meal.

This is my family's most favourite dish that we relish with both Rice and Rotis. It's the best one for us. I also deep fry the Potatoes before adding them most of the times. It's just for a change. Also the spices can be adjusted accordingly. One of the most amazing variations, this dish is an incredible alternative to heavy meals on any day. You would prefer this simple comforting dish over just anything and any given day. Let's get on with the recipe straight away then.

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
