Ingredients

  1. 1 cupChopped pumpkin / kaddu
  2. 1/4 tspChopped green chilli
  3. Panch phoren(cumin seeds
  4. feenel seeds,rai,methi seeds,
  5. 1/2 tspasafoetida
  6. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  7. 1 tspCoriander powder
  8. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tspDried mango powder /amchur
  10. Salt - to taste
  11. 4 tbspSugar
  12. 2 tbspOil

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan.
    Add panch foren to crackle.
    Add pumpkin /kaddu, and green chilli.

    Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,coriander powder,,salt and amchur powder and also add two tbsp of water and mix well.
    Cover it and cook in a low flame for five mins.
    Add sugar and mix well.
