Steps
- 1
Set your oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, lemon pudding, eggs, 7-Up, and oil. Beat with an electric mixer for about 2 minutes until smooth and fluffy.
- 2
Pour the batter evenly into the prepared Bundt pan. Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let the cake rest in the pan for 10–15 minutes, then carefully flip onto a serving plate.
- 3
In a small bowl, whisk powdered sugar with 7-Up (and lemon juice if using) until smooth and pourable. Drizzle glaze over the cooled cake. Slice and enjoy!
Tips
✨ Tip: For a stronger citrus flavor, you can add a teaspoon of lemon extract or zest into the batter
