  • 1 cupMethi leaves(washed and finely chopped)
  • 1 cupChana sattu
  • 1Green chilli
  • 1 inchGinger(grated)
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1/2 tspCarom seeds
  • 2 tspRed chilli powder
  • 4 tbsp Desi ghee

    Mix sattu, methi leaves,salt, green chilli, ginger,red chilli powder and carom seeds.Add water little by little and make a soft dough.

    Divide the dough into 4 parts.Take a part of the dough,make a ball,roll it like a chapati.

    Heat tawa, grease it with ghee,put thepla on it and shallow fry it until golden brown on both the sides.Cook all the theplas like this.

    Your healthy and tasty thepla is ready to serve.Enjoy it with curd or masala tea
