Steps

Take a bowl add tur dal, masoor dal and rice. Rinse well and soak for twenty minutes.

Take all the vegetables wash and cut into the required size.

Keep a kadai on medium heat add oil, chana dal, coriander seeds, cumin seeds,red chilli, Fenugreek seeds, curry leaves and coconut. Saute for a few minutes.let it cool.

Add to the mixer jar and some water. Grind into a fine paste.

Add the rice and dals into the pressure cooker. Add three cups of water and salt. Mix well,keep for three whistles.

Keep a pan on medium heat and add oil, cumin and mustard seeds,sambar onion,all vegetables saute for two minutes, then add salt and mix well.

Add grind masala paste and water mix well. Let it boil.

Then add the cooked rice and dal mix well. Add tamarind juice.

Add groundnuts and give a nice mix. Let it cook for ten minutes.

Keep a fry pan on medium heat and add ghee mustard seeds, cumin seeds,red chilli, curry leaves and cashewnuts. Fry for two minutes. Add into the sambar satham. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves. Tasty sambar satham is ready to serve.

Transfer to a serving bowl. Enjoy the healthy and tasty one pot sambar satham.
