Soak the peanuts for 2 hours, add salt, boil them, and drain them as soon as they are cooked.

Now chop the cucumber, carrot, tomato, capsicum, green chilli and cumin and keep aside the spices to be added.

Now mix everything, add all the spices, chaat masala, pomegranate, sev and lemon and mix everything.

Now take it out in a bowl, sprinkle coriander leaves on top, sprinkle pomegranate seeds and serve with lemon.
Tips
It is very healthy and cooks quickly.
