Hand pound ginger, tulsi, mint, black pepper, cloves, and cinnamon.

Add water to a vessel and add the hand-pounded masala.

Bring to a boil, then simmer for 2 minutes.

Add tea powder and simmer for another 2 minutes.

Add sugar or jaggery and mix well.

Add milk, bring to a gentle boil, then turn off the heat.

Sieve into cups and serve hot.
Tips
For an extra kick, adjust the amount of black pepper and ginger according to your taste.
