Little Millet Dosa

Take all the needed ingredients.

Combine millet,rice,dal and methi seeds in a bowl and soak around 5hrs at least. Then transfer to a blender and grind nicely.

Transfer the batter to another bowl,add salt and ferment it around 6hrs.

Then take a ladle of batter snd pour in to dosa tawa and spread over. Add a spoonful of ghee or oil as per your wish.

Flip and cook. serve hot with Chutney and Sambar.
