For making muthiya in plate add methi, all the flour, add all basic masala powder with sugar and lemon

Add oil and water, make hard dough and make muthiya and fry them in hot oil.

In pressure cooker add oil, then add all the whole spices, cumin, asafoetida and add all the mentioned sabji.

Add turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin Coriander powder, Salt, Sugar and garam masalo, add muthiya.

Then add tomato and green chilli and water, and pressure cook it upto 1 whistle on slow flame.

Cool down, undhiyu is ready to serve. Serve undhiyu with puri.
