Methi Jowar Handvo
Steps

Mix jowar flour, semolina, curd, and water to make a batter.

Add cleaned, grated, and chopped vegetables to the batter.

Add all spices and sesame seeds to the batter and mix well.

Heat oil, add cumin, mustard seeds, and hing for tadka. Pour over batter.

Mix well. Pour 2 cups batter into a greased pan, tap to spread.

Sprinkle red chilli powder and coriander leaves on top.

Cover and cook until one side is brown. Flip and cook the other side.

Remov in plate. Spread the remaining batter another time and repeat same process.

Cut the equal size pieces and serve with Methi Masala and ghee or oil.
Tips
Jowar flour make a crunchyness.
Using curd makes the Handvo soft and tasty, perfect for winter.
