In a bowl, crack two eggs,add seasoning and whisk until fluffy

Gentle pour into the pan and cook without achieving golden brown color or crispy edges for 1min each side then plate

Spanish omelette,dice onions,bell peppers and set aside. crack two eggs in a bowl and add diced vegetables

In a pan,add little oil, whisk the egg mixture and pour into the pan. Cook for 2 mins each side then plate
