Ingredients

  1. 150 gsunflower seeds
  2. 150 gsesame seeds
  3. 180 gdates (weight after pits removed)
  4. 2 tspvanilla
  5. 100 gdark chocolate
  6. 1 tbspodorless vegetable oil

Steps

    IN a dry pan, fry the sunflower seeds, stirring constantly, until cooked.

    Fry the sesame seeds separately, stirring constantly, until golden.

  3. 3

    Place the pitted dates into a blender.

  4. 4

    Add the fried seeds and vanilla.

  5. 5

    Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and uniform.

  6. 6

    Melt the dark chocolate together with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

  7. 7

    Shape the halva and dip or drizzle it with the melted chocolate.

  8. 8

    Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour to set.
