I made this as a side dish to honey chicken and egg rolls!
Steps

Add flour, salt and garlic powder to a medium bowl. Stir to combine. Add 3/4 cup of hot water to the flour and stir

Knead dough for a few minutes or use a kitchen aid mixer with a dough hook. Roll into a big ball and let rest for 30 min.

Take small pieces of dough, roll out onto a flour sprinkled counter. Not too thin, then sprinkle scallions over the dough and roll, smash and re roll into a circle to cook.

Heat up oil in skillet over medium stove top. Cook each side, a few minutes until golden brown.

Mix your sauce together and dip into sauce. You can use this sauce or soy sauce or no sauce.
