Add oil to a large pot and heat on high

Brown meat in small batches and set aside
- 3
Add onions, spices, mushrooms, garlic and ginger and braise until fragrant (about 10 minutes)

Return meat to the pot and mix well

Turn heat down to medium and braise for about an hour with the lid on

Add potatoes if using and greens beans and simmer for a further 30-40 minutes until the potatoes are done and the meat is deliciously tender

Season to taste with salt, pepper and a dash of Worcestershire sauce

Serve with choice of starch or cauli-rice, Enjoy!
