This recipe makes exactly 1 cup of butter.

    Squirt the whipping cream into a container. Then seal the container.

  2. 2

    Shake the whipping cream for about 10 - 20 mins. When you take the whipping cream out, it is either butter or liquid buttermilk. Enjoy! Works on breads, cookies, and everything that needs butter/buttermilk.
