  • 500 gChicken pieces
  • 2 tbspCooking oil
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1/2 tspBlack pepper
  • 1 tspPaprika (optional)
  • 1/2 tspGarlic powder
  • 200 gSpinach (or similar greens)
  • 1medium Tomato
  • 1small Onion
  • 1/2Avocado
  • 1 cupMaize flour (for ugali)
  • 2 cupsWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate chicken with oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
