Remove the Packaging of the Leg of Lamb in a very large metal Mixing Bowl and then add Cold tap water for the cold water wash of the Leg of Lamb

Add the Vegetable Oil to a large Roasting Tin and then add the Leg of Lamb to the Roasting Tin - coat the cold Vegetable Oil all over the Leg of Lamb. Add some peeled raw King Edward Potatoes with a Cold tap water washed whole large Carrot and then add Kitchen Foil over the Roasting Tin and then roast in the oven at Gas Mark 5 for 1 (One) hour

Remove the Kitchen Foil from the Roasting Tin and then roast at Gas Mark 5 for a further One hour. Do season with salt once you take the Kitchen Foil off. If the Dinner is only for yourself - then store the leftover cooked Lamb in the Fridge. Can make a Irish Stew with it and then you might freeze the meal in a Freezer, or freeze the cold cooked Lamb pieces in Freezer Bags 4 Bags for 4 portions
