Prepare paste ; blend echallots, garlic,citronelle, sweet chilli, candlenut.

Prepare pan; add 3 tbs canola oil and shimmer medium heat aromatic ingredients; kefir limes and add the paste until well done (change color and texture)

Add Saissoning: salt, brown sugar, pepper, paprika, black pepper, coriander, cumin

Add sauce; soy sauce, sweet soy sauce(kecap manis), oyster sauce, fish oil, tomatoes ketchup

Fish preparation; on fry pan; light fry fish about 2 minute each side

Marinate the fish with the paste

Ready to grill; repeat the paste everytime turn the grill.
