Lasuni Palak

#WD #spinachsabji Dedicated to my Daughter. Her favourite sabji.

Take a kadai. Add oil. When oil gets heated add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. When it cracked properly add chopped garlic cloves and saute. Then add turmeric powder and asafoetida.

When garlic change it's colour slightly add chopped spinach leaves and mix well. Add little water, put lid on kadai and cook spinach leaves properly.

Take a small bowl. Add curd in it. Now add besan and mix curd with besan.

When spinach cooked properly add cooked peanuts and chana dal and mix well. Now add curd besan mixture and water. Mix everything well, add salt mix again and put lid on it.

Cook it upto 2-3 boils. And off the gas. Lasuni Palak is ready to serve. You can serve it with jawar roti or even better with cooked plain rice and pure ghee.
