Cut all vegetables into bite-sized pieces.

Fry onion, carrots, and garlic in a pot until softened.

Add flour and thyme, continue frying until flour turns brown.

Add potatoes, nutritional yeast, water, stock cubes, and plant milk.

Boil for 8 minutes until potatoes are soft.

Add corn, salt, and pepper. Stir and heat through.
Tips
Frying the flour and thyme until brown adds depth of flavor to the chowder.
