It's one of my go to recipe for breakfast. I have opt it as an alternative if 'khoya' is not available to prepare 'Khoya Parathas'. But trust me, it's not just an alternative rather have its own elegant taste.

It's one of my go to recipe for breakfast. I have opt it as an alternative if 'khoya' is not available to prepare 'Khoya Parathas'. But trust me, it's not just an alternative rather have its own elegant taste.

Steps

Prepare the flour dough. Have (elaichi powder + grounded sugar) and grated coconut aside.

Make the fillings of sugar and coconut (as mentioned in step 1). Give it shape to make paratha. Pour dry atta and make shape of paratha large using rolling pins.

Place the paratha over tawa at low flame. Flip to other side within 1-2 mins.

Spread ghee to both sides of paratha.

As the paratha starts fluffing, place it down from flame. Your 'Meetha Parathas' are ready to serve!
Tips
Spread the ghee properly to makes the paratha more crispy.
