Delicious meal, easy to prepare and can leave you wanting more.

Measure water 2 times the size of rice (600g/650ml) and heat until boiling

Boil the ndengu (green grams) to soften approximately 2 hours of boiling

Prepare the onions and tomatoes, chop to get small pieces
- 4
When the rice water has boiled add the rice to the water,heat gently NB. Do not release steam cover with lid until the rice ready

Fry the ndengu, apply the oil to the pan, brown the onions then the tomatoes
- 6
Add the boiled ndengu to the pan an stir, add a little water for soup wait for it to boil.

Once boiled serve the food with sliced ovacado.
