This little fish is so amazing and packed with goodness - try this simple and quick sandwich for lunch and will be eating everyweek - ENJOY :P

Heat grill or airfryer to max. In a small bowl empty the tin of sardines and split in half length ways remove the "spine" of the fish and discard. (You can eat but I dont like it).

Add the other ingredients and mix together pushing against the side of the bowl with a fork to mix well and no lumps. Add the bread to the grill or AFryer - mine will hold 2 slices. toast for about 2 mins until lightly golden.

Remove toast and butter the top, add 1/4 of the fish mixture and return slices to under grill or AF and cook until top is hot and slightly dryer. Enjoy with a squeeze of fresh lemon (Optional) WOWWWEEEEEE
