Dahi bhalla chaat
One of my mom in laws favourite dish.
Steps

PROCEDURE take 1 cup urad dal n dip it in water overnight.

Un morning,grind it to make a thick batter.add ajwain,black pepper n grinded ginger n heeng. Mux it well.

Nd deep fry if in the shape of bhalla. Dip d bhalla in water fr 2 mins nd squeeze extra water. Take the pulp of tamarind n add sugar in it.

Cook it to make a chutney. Meethi chutney is ready. Take corriander leaves, green chiilis,mint leaves n grind them by adding a little water.add salt acc to need n nimbu satt.

Now add curd n both chutneys on bhalla. Also add bhujiya n pomegranate seeds over it while garnishing.
